What’s On Ynys Môn is run by one person, so email is the only way to reach us. There’s no phone line.
Every message is read by hand, so replies aren’t instant. You’ll get a reply from a named person.
If you run the event or the venue, the quickest route is the cancel or postpone form. Choose the listing, say whether it’s one date or the whole event, and give a short reason. Cancellations that affect the next 7 days are marked urgent in our queue.
You can also email us with “URGENT cancellation” in the subject line, plus the event name and date. If you’re a visitor who has heard it’s off, email us too and we’ll check.
We confirm every cancellation with the organiser or venue before we change the listing, so it may still show for a short time.
Email us with the link to the page, what’s wrong, and where we can check the right information, such as the organiser’s website.
